The superior double room with mountain view offered great comfort and superb surroundings. The hot saltwater pool was a standout feature and provided an excellent therapeutic experience. However, the breakfast options were limited and overpriced, and the beach service was lacking, with unauthorized vendors frequently disrupting the peaceful atmosphere. The inconsistency in housekeeping also detracted from the overall experience.

My stay was extremely disappointing. We were put in an unsuitable room without windows, feeling like we were confined to a storage area. The blocked exit due to cleaning trolleys made leaving the room a daily struggle, and the bathroom setup was ridiculous for anyone taller than average. To make matters worse, breakfast service was slow, and I had to wait far too long for coffee, which made my mornings frustrating.
